After our rich Saturday morning workshop in May, we are back for more! This is a space where we use movement as a tool for personal inquiry, through the Open Floor Movement Practice.

In this workshop we will explore; what is mindfulness? How can mindfulness support us to 'ride the waves' of life? And how can we be cultivate mindfulness in our dance practice?
