Facilitation Training for Young Changemakers

Facilitation is a craft. And there is a lot to it! But how do you do it well? And what are the skills required to create and manage groups as the facilitator?

This training is an exciting opportunity for Changemakers aged between 18-30 to develop their ability to create, lead, manage and facilitate dynamic and effective groups, workshops or campaigns. In this day-long experiential training you will develop foundational skills in effective facilitation, and build your toolkit to better deal with challenging moments.

The Groupwork Institute are internationally recognised as leaders in the field of facilitation education and training. We use simple processes that work. They are unique, highly accessible and thoroughly road tested. The Groupwork Institute was established way back in 1984, to support community-based groups and social change organisations to work effectively together. Find more about us here
